Financial Options

  For extensive treatment we offer:

• A 5% pre-payment courtesy. If you choose to pay your entire out-of-pocket cost before the start of your treatment, we will reduce your costs by 5% of the total amount.
• Installment payments can often be arranged for your out-of-pocket costs, as long as the balance is paid by the end of treatment.
• An extended payment plan is available through CapitalOne, with no interest or finance charges if you qualify.
