Financial Options

  For extensive treatment we offer:

• A 5% pre-payment courtesy. If you choose to pay your entire out-of-pocket cost before the start of your treatment, we will reduce your costs by 5% of the total amount.
• Installment payments can often be arranged for your out-of-pocket costs. Flexible payment plans with, and without interest and finance charges are available, depending on the amount and term you choose.
